He notes that an innate interest in electronic devices motivated him to become involved in his profession. His team building, talent management, strategic thinking and execution skills are the driving forces behind his success. Dr. Sridhar received his Ph.D. from SUNY Buffalo, majoring in the area of electronic materials focusing on low cost solar cells, an alternative energy solution.
